We tested this garment through 50 complete wash cycles. If it doesn't hold, we want to know, and we want to fix it.

Let's break down each one:

PROMISE 1: IT WON'T SHRINK
What this means:

If your t-shirt doesn't fit like it did on Day 1 and feels tighter after washing, we'll replace it.

The Day 1 Fit Test

Put on your t-shirt after washing it 10+ times. Think back to when you first wore it.

Ask yourself:

  • Does it feel tighter across the chest than Day 1?
  • Are the sleeves noticeably shorter than Day 1?
  • Is the length shorter than Day 1?
  • Does it feel more restrictive than when you first wore it?

If YES to any of these → It shrank. We'll replace it.

What we'll do:

Send you a replacement in your original size.

Free shipping. You keep the original.

What's normal (not covered):
  • Fits exactly the same as Day 1
  • Feels slightly different but still fits comfortably
  • Got bigger (fabric relaxation - some fabrics stretch over time)
  • Never fit right from the start (that's a sizing issue, should have been returned within 7 days)

We built this to fit like Day 1 after 50 washes. If it doesn't, we want to make it right.

PROMISE 2: IT WON'T PILL SEVERELY
What this means:

The fabric develops lots of fuzzy balls (pills) across large areas.

How we validate this:

Pilling is validated through the hand feel test.

Rub your hand flat across the front of your garment.

What do you feel?

  • Smooth or slightly fuzzy? → Normal wear, not covered
  • Lots of raised, bumpy balls covering most areas? → Send us a photo, covered
  • Bumpy only in armpits? → Normal friction wear, not covered

If you feel bumps across most of the garment, it's covered.

COVERED
  • Hand feel: Very bumpy when you rub across it
  • What you see: Dense fuzzy balls covering most of fabric
  • What we do: Replace it
What we'll do:

What's normal (not covered):
  • Light surface fuzz without raised pills
  • Pills only in high-friction areas (armpits, bag contact zones)
  • Slight softening of fabric over time
PROMISE 3: IT WON'T FALL APART
What this means:

Manufacturing defects that make the garment unwearable.

How we validate this:

Falling apart is validated through any stitching, seams giving away, or manufacturing defects—including fading patches.

Examples of what's covered:
  • Seams opening or coming apart
  • Stitching breaking at stress points
  • Holes forming at seams
  • Patchy, uneven color fading (specific spots, not overall)
  • Collar or hem construction failing

The test: Can you see it's broken? It's probably covered.

What we'll do:

Send you a replacement.

What's normal (not covered):
  • Gradual, even color fading across the whole garment
  • Natural color evolution after 30+ washes
  • Minor loose thread (easily trimmed)

All natural fabrics change over time. That's not a defect, that's physics.

WHAT WE DON'T COVER

THE CARE RULES:

✔ Wash in COLD water (30°C max)

✔ Turn INSIDE OUT before washing

FLAT DRY (lay it flat, no hanging, no dryer)

NO BLEACH, ever

✔ If ironing: LOW HEAT only

Five rules. Follow them and you're covered.

Ignore them and you're not.

❌ Normal Aging

All clothes change over time. That's life, not defects.

Not covered:

  • Even color fading across entire garment (natural for all fabrics)
  • Fabric feels softer than day one (relaxation)
  • Tiny bit of fuzz (normal for natural fibers)
  • Looks... worn (because you wore it)

If it's still comfortable and wearable, it's doing its job.

❌ You Did Something To It

We can't cover:

  • Cuts, tears, burns, stains
  • Pet damage
  • Alterations you made
  • Spills
  • Intentional damage

HOW TO USE THIS WARRANTY

It's Actually Simple.

1️⃣ Notice The Problem

Your t-shirt shrank, pilled severely, or fell apart. You're annoyed. We get it.

2️⃣ Take 3 Photos

This is all we need:

📸 Photo 1: You wearing the t-shirt
(Shows the fit issue - tight chest, short sleeves, pilling visible, etc.)

📸 Photo 2: The care label inside your t-shirt
(Proves it's a NUITO garment)

📸 Photo 3: Close-up of the actual problem
(For shrinkage: tight areas. For pilling: fuzzy texture. For defects: broken seam/stitching/patchy fading)

THE QUESTIONS EVERYONE ASKS

What if I lost my order email?

Email us anyway. Give us your name and the email you used to order. We'll find it.

How do you know I didn't throw it in the dryer?

We trust you. But tumble dryer damage has a very specific look (We've seen enough to know). If it's obvious heat damage, we'll tell you.

My shirt faded a little. Can I get a new one?

Depends. Gradual, even fading across the entire garment? Normal. Not covered. Patchy fading in specific spots? Manufacturing defect. Covered.Black doesn't stay pitch-black forever. That's textile physics. But it should fade evenly, not in weird patches.

What if I'm not sure if my issue is covered?

Email us the photo. We'll tell you in 24 hours. No obligation. No judgment.

Can I just get my money back?

No refunds. Only replacements. But we make the replacement so easy you won't care.

I'm past 50 washes. Still covered?

The warranty covers up to 50 washes. After that, you got your money's worth. Normal wear is expected.

How do you know how many times I washed it?

We don't. We trust you to be honest. Don't abuse that trust.

One Replacement Per Purchase

If your replacement also fails within 50 washes, we'll replace it again.

After two replacements, warranty is fulfilled.

Time Limit
