Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
🔁 Return Policy
We offer easy returns if needed — you're entitled to either one exchange or one return.
Go to the Hamburger menu at top left and select Returns and Exchange
🕒 Exchange Window: Request an exchange within 10 days of delivery (Pan India).
🎁 One-Time Free Exchange: We offer one free exchange per order.
⚠️ Important Notes
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Items once exchanged are not eligible for return or further exchange.
We’ll handle pickup and delivery. Once your returned item passes the quality check, your replacement will ship within 3–5 business days.
Please ensure the original packaging is intact — we cannot process exchanges after 10 days.

If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll:

Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your piece moves to dispatch and cannot be cancelled. We encourage you to review your size and shipping information carefully before confirming your order. If you need help choosing the right fit, we’re happy to guide you before purchase. What if my item arrives damaged or with a defect?
Every Nuito piece goes through quality checks at multiple stages, but if something does slip through, we want to know. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
Can I change my size after placing the order?
You can request a change in size within 12 hours of placing your order. Post this window we cannot accept size changes as your order will move to dispatch.
When will I get my Refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
If the product fails quality check, it will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
Your bank may take upto 5-7 business days to credit the refund to your account. You can track the refund status here.

Nu Ito is a modern essentials brand rooted in quality, restraint, and timeless design. We create quiet, functional capsule wardrobe pieces that are made to endure — pieces you’ll reach for every day.
Why are Nuito pieces only available in limited quantities?
At Nuito, we release our essentials in small, intentional drops each month.
This approach allows us to:
Maintain quality and craftsmanship by avoiding mass production
Minimize waste through made-to-order or low-inventory runs
Stay true to our capsule philosophy — fewer, better pieces
Offer a sense of quiet exclusivity to those who choose to wait
Each drop is built around a theme or refinement — like The Colour Edits — and includes only a limited number of pieces. Once a piece sells out or the window closes, it may not return in the same form in the next month's drop.
What fabrics do you use?
We work primarily with premium, sustainable fabrics like Supima cotton, bamboo viscose, and TENCEL™, chosen for their softness, structure, and longevity. Every fabric is selected to wear beautifully over time — and feel effortless on your skin.
How do I know my size?
We provide a detailed size chart with all the key measurements — designed to be easy to reference and in line with standard sizing practices across the industry.
